課程概述與目標(Course Overview and Goals): This course aims to stimulate students\' curiosity about the management practices of both profit and non-profit organizations. By integrating concepts and models from strategic management theory with changing events and technological innovations in the real world, the lecturer aims to help students understand the complexity and diversity of management and solve real-life problems by themselves. This course\'s main contents include the power and process of entrepreneurship, dynamics of technological innovation, formulating technological innovation strategy, and implementing technological innovation strategy.
