課程概述與目標(Course Overview and Goals):This course mainly provides current concepts and techniques related to human resource management, and explains human resource management activities such as employee recruitment, appointment, evaluation, training, salary and rewards through practical cases to help students learn the theoretical knowledge and practical application of human resource management; This is combined with the study of relevant research literature to help students learn relevant research skills.
