課程概述與目標: HR management is an integral part of every manager’s job. Therefore, you’ll need a good working knowledge of the human resource management concepts and techniques.Human Resource Management is the process of acquiring, training, appraising, and compensating employees and attending to their labor relations, health and safety, and fairness concerns. HRM is important to all managers.
