課程概述與目標:說明分析化學的本質,定量分析中之誤差與隨意誤差在統計學上之處理,統計學上實驗數據之處理與評估:信賴區間與假設測試,樣品之取樣技巧、保存與標準化及檢量,電解質在平衡上之效應,多重平衡系統之求解方法,重量分析與應用,滴定方法與沉澱滴定及酸鹼的中和滴定,滴定曲線與酸鹼複合物之滴定與指示劑之使用及其變色範圍。 目標: 1. 使同學瞭解定量分析的原理並能活用於實際的分析化驗工作上。 2. 做儀器分析的前導課程,使同學充分瞭解分析工作的基本步驟。 | |||||
