課程概述與目標(Course Overview and Goals)：The Technical Writing course covers the following topics: the impact of scientific and technological papers; author guidelines and submission requirements; the format and writing of scientific and technological papers; the publication process; reasons for manuscript rejection and corresponding responses; experiences and strategies for manuscript submission; grammar in academic papers and technical reports; standard English symbols; vocabulary used in academic papers and technical reports; sentence construction in academic papers and technical reports; and manuscript submission practices. The course aims to enable students to understand the essential principles of scientific paper writing and the key considerations involved in submitting manuscripts to international journals.
科技寫作課程內容含: 科技論文的影響、作者指引與投稿要項、科技論文的格式與寫作、科技論文發表的流程、退稿的理由與應對、投稿心得、論文與技術報告之文法、英文的標準符號、論文與技術報告之字彙、論文與技術報告之文句及論文投稿等，旨在使學生了解科技論文寫作之要領與國際論文投稿過程應注意的事項。
