課程概述與目標(Course Overview and Goals)：The goal of the course is to help students raise their cross-cultural awareness so as to be able to communicate effectively in cross-cultural contexts. This course covers all types of spoken and written communication, from meetings to negotiations, telephone calls to emails, and deals with situations ranging from managing conflict to influencing and building relationships. In this semester, we will also connect with college or high school students from the US, through email exchange and/or chat technology. Discussion topics about cultural diversity and global Issues/ current Issues. Students will gain the essential skills and techniques they will need to ensure they can work effectively with colleagues and business partners the world over.
