課程概述與目標(Course Overview and Goals)：The aim of this course is to train students how to take part in meetings that are conducted in English. Before class, students are required to pick up general English sentences and phrases commonly used in meetings in the textbook according to the syllabus. We will be engaged in typical procedures for formal meetings in the class by discussing a specific topic assigned for each week. It is expected that students will not only learn how to conduct meetings in English but also reflect upon what career choices there might be for them if they wish to be conference organizers. Your grades will be based on your class attendance and discussion (30%), role playing (20%), oral presentations (20%) and a MICE project (30%).
