課程概述與目標(Course Overview and Goals)：對於材料性質與及機械力學進行解說，同時了解如何進行物件與物料之疲勞壽命預測及性賴性測試方式分析。課程概述: 此課程主要是針對材料在設計、製造及使用過程中，因應力、振動及環境因素造成的機械元件或結構體的損壞，課程中將就工程才材料進行機械性質的測試及材料疲勞分析與破壞行為進行介紹。 1. 材料靜態應力分析 - 張應力分析 (tension testing) - 壓應力分析 (compression testing) - 彎應力分析 (bending testing) - 剪應力分析 (shearing testing) - 硬度測試 (hardness testing) - 破壞法則 (theories of strength) 2. 材料動態應力分析 - 應力集中行為 (stress concentration) - 破壞力學簡介 (introduction to fracture mechanics) 3. 材料疲勞壽命預測 - 材料疲勞簡介 (introduction to fatigue) - 交替應力行為 (cyclic stress-strain behavior) - 疲勞壽命預測法則 (fatigue life prediction) - 潛變破壞 (creep fracture) - 環境效應引響 (environment effects) - 高溫疲勞預測 (high temperature fatigue)
