課程概述與目標:描述x-光繞射原理,了解X光繞射峰值之六大影響參數;結構因子如何主宰繞射峰強度比及數目多寡,以鑑別未知化合物之原理。並瞭解如何以x- 光進行材料結構分析,未知化合物測定,成份分析,粉體顆粒大小測定、晶格參數測定等檢測。 | |||||
