課程概述與目標(Course Overview and Goals): This course is designed to meet the trend of the times and the societal need for interdisciplinary talents, comprising four main units. First, it introduces theories related to business planning, market analysis, corporate planning, and practical planning exercises. Each unit will last for 3-4 weeks. At the end, students make an oral presentation (with slides). This course will also focus on integrating with the Hult Prize, hoping students can learn and practice on real-world issues. All students enrolled in the course are required to form teams and participate in the Hult Prize. 本課程之開設以符合時代潮流與社會所需之跨領域人才為主要目標,包含四大單元。首先,先介紹商務企劃相關理論、市場分析、企業規劃與企劃實作練習。每個單元將進行3-4周。最後學生須提交投影片,並進行口頭報告。本課程同時將重點著重於霍特獎之結合,希望學生能在真實的議題之上進行學習與實作。 修課學生皆須組隊參加霍特獎。

2 Initial research 1 & Reading chapter 1: Developing a Business Plan Developing a Business Plan Ss will be able to learn to:
Describe the purposes for business planning.
Describe common business planning principles.
Explain common business plan development guidelines and tools.
List and explain the elements of the business plan development process.
Explain the purposes of each of the elements of the business plan development process.
Explain how applying the business plan development process can aid in developing a business plan that will meet entrepreneurs’ goals.
 
3 Initial research 2 The introduction of marketing survey: What it is and how to do it Survey: Students learn how to conduct a marketing survey.
Students learn to develop a potential business model that aligns with a designated Sustainable Development Goal (SDG).

4 Oral presentation 1 Students are required to collaboratively organize and deliver concept presentations aimed at the challenge, followed by class-wide dissemination and inquiry. 7 Approach and analyze the challenge Brainstorm and construct a proposal: Upon receiving this year's challenge topic, students are expected to select a relevant and engaging subject and subsequently formulate a comprehensive business plan. 1. Refining Business Models and Operational Integration
Following the initial presentations, groups will refine their models to attain specific objectives. Students will learn to harmonize their business concepts with operational plans, fostering a comprehensive understanding of aligning strategy with execution.

After initial presentations, students refine models. Conduct peer reviews to gather constructive feedback, enhancing concepts. Prepare for subsequent presentations.

Following the comprehensive lectures on Human Resources and Marketing Plans, groups are required to seamlessly integrate these concepts into their respective business plans
1. Learn the concepts of Human resources plan and marketing plan
2. Apply theoretical knowledge practically by seamlessly incorporating Human Resources and Marketing concepts from lectures into group business plans.

2. Subsequent to the lectures on Marketing and Financial Plans, groups are mandated to proficiently assimilate these concepts into their designated business plans.
